These Terms of Service govern your use of nightfold.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. Nightfold is operated by Lusga Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17396894, registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and pricing
We aim to describe and price our products accurately. Occasionally an error slips through - if it does, we'll contact you before processing any affected order rather than silently charging the wrong amount.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when your payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error) - if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
3. Shipping
Delivery estimates are outlined on our Shipping page. Title and risk in the product pass to you on delivery.
4. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy, including your statutory cancellation rights if you're in the UK or EU.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site - text, images, logos and design - belongs to Nightfold or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lusga Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections in your own country continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
