Delivery times
- Processing: dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- United States: 4-12 days. Most orders arrive within 4-9 days.
- United Kingdom & EU: 6-14 days.
- Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 8-16 days.
- Rest of world: 10-20 days.
A small number of orders take longer than the ranges above. If yours is one of them, we'll make it right - see the bottom of this page.
Why not two-day shipping?
Straight answer: we ship directly from our production partner instead of paying for a local warehouse and three layers of middlemen. That's why a mask built to this spec is $34.99 and not $80.
The trade is a few days of patience. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out after you've paid.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating - that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs & duties
Import duties may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the recipient. For most destinations a single mask falls well below the duty threshold.
Wrong address?
Email info@nightfold.store straight away. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it for free.
Hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't turned up within 30 days of dispatch, email us. We'll resend it or refund you in full - your choice, no argument.
